how do i apply LA Weave?

I section your natural hair into small parts and slide through a silicone lined micro bead. The silicone is a key factor because it ensures there is minimal pull on your natural hair. Once the bonds are in, I attach the weft by sewing it onto the bonds, this means your natural hair will grow through safely with minimal chances of matting. The Naked weave is applied ever so slightly differently to ensure it is as discreet as possible with no beading on show.

How do i apply tape ins?

I section a small line of your natural hair and sandwich it, in between two tapes which have root mimicking hair attached to them. They lay extremely flat to the scalp making them discreet and easy to put up. Your natural hair will grow through safely with minimal chances of matting.

Its recommended to wash your extensions 1-2 times a week. More frequently isn’t a bad thing… if you have time to wash and dry your hair more often then go for it. Use a dry shampoo in between if you need too.

It is essential you only use shampoo and conditioner that is designed for hair extension use that we recommend.

Your refits are due every 6-8. I Don’t advise keeping it in longer than 10 weeks.

Unlike some methods of hair extensions, when I refit your hair, I will completely remove it, brush the hair through and re-apply the extensions from the beginning. This ensures we are always putting the extensions on fresh sections of the hair, eliminating the chances of thinning due to excess weight on one area over and over again.

Why do I need it refitted?

Your refits are particularly important as the extensions will grow out with your natural hair. This means it then becomes loose. The longer you leave it the more you will increase the risk of potential matting. Your natural hair is also constantly shedding meaning the section the extensions are on will become finer over the 6-week period. Therefore, it is important we rotate the extensions.
